Aaron was great, and he fixed the washer - but the big oil stains he left behind on our beautiful paver driveway I did not appreciate !!

Installation service was perfect and on time - but: the new Kenmore replacement fridge is very loud, it creates are smooth sound that is on most of the times - any thoughts on this? Henning

The technician identified the problem quickly but although there was a broken piece it didn't seem crucial because he didn't replace it. Hope it's going to last. He was very courteous a little late but everything fine.

All good. Efficient communications. Easy to set up. Alerts before arrival. On time. Top notch diagnostics. Fixed in first visit. There are potentially cheaper options. I tried one and it was a waste of time and money. From here on, I will rely on Sears until I have a reason not to.
