Peter was very helpful, when he came by the first time he practically fixed the fan blower. He ordered a new one and came back to install it. Thank you for sending Peter. I have been paying my Sears Home Maintenance program for over a year. That took care of any charges

Randy was a very nice young man who completed the repair quickly, once he had the new part. He commented that when he came the first time, the part should have been on the truck. It was a simple replacement part. He returned today and was in and out in about 15 min. I commend him for his resourcefulness as he was instructed to go an hour and a half north of Venice before. coming to my house ( and he was already in the area) but return at 6:30 tonight . AI did not think this out . I appreciate the good service .
