On time, diagnosed problem quickly, installed new parts; Technician (s) cleared explained and showed us visually why our dryer stopped heating. Happy 😁

The home office only let the tech knowva half an hour before the scheduled time & he was 45 minutes away on his last appointment scheduled. Home off needs to get a REAL Person To Talk TO THE CLIENT & be more considerate of the tech coming to the home.
