Jamal spent all the time necessary to work through with VRS what the history of the refrigerator was and apparently may have after many tries over 14 months to put the facts thru to have the equipment replaced. He has done all the repairs and is a fantastic technician and representative of your company.

It has been a long time since we’ve had a service tech as competent as Jamal. He took the time to explain the issue and show my husband how he was fixing it. He also told us things we can do to help prevent a future problem. In addition to fixing our two issues, he was one of the nicest, most courteous young man we’ve encountered in quite a while. This young man should be recognized and will go far!
