The service was very good, and it appeared that the part was working as intended. However, when it finally made Ice the same thing happened. It would not drop the ice and hung up like the one that was replaced. I will be calling for another service call Monday the June 3rd. Third call on this issue.

Jamal spent all the time necessary to work through with VRS what the history of the refrigerator was and apparently may have after many tries over 14 months to put the facts thru to have the equipment replaced. He has done all the repairs and is a fantastic technician and representative of your company.
