I think his installation OK. He didn't update the Sears App which we have to use to see when Repairman is expected to arrive. I had to pay someone $25 an for an extra hour to sit there. SEARS NEEDS A BETTER WAY TO UPDATE IF REPAIRMAN CAN'T UPDATE IT!!!

Technician did a great job, but A&E cooperate is well below par. Parts have been at my house since July 5th and only got installed September 26th. A&E canceled all scheduled appointments until today. Heck of a way to keep customers.

Technician never showed up. I waited all day it kept getting pushed further and further out and then it said Luis was here. He wasn’t and when I called the customer representative line they claimed I denied the service. Unprofessional, ridiculous, and awful company.
