He worked very hard and for a long time without a break. Very courteous technician đź‘Ť unfortunately we tried to use the washer after he left and the agitator came off. I tried reaching customer service to have him return but could only speak to AI so now my washer is broken completely and I have no way to reach someone to get my machine fixed. The tech was here the next day and fixed it perfectly. Kyle was great!
