I think the service charge should be based on the amount of work one does. $139 for 5 minutes is outrageous.

I have been sitting in my home all day it’s now 6 PM and still no repair person. There system is so bad that you can’t talk to anyone to find out what is going on you can only reschedule or cancel.

If I could give you 0 stars I would! I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my washing machine repaired. The first tech (Kyle C) misdiagnosed the problem on November 4, which I found out on November 8 after another tech (Thomas S) informed me that it wasn't the pump, but the motherboard, causing me to spend more money and wait another 2 weeks for repair. My appointment was rescheduled for today November 20, my motherboard was delivered November 19. I got a text from Sears at 1:58AM, on the day of the appointment, stating that I had to reschedule my appointment again!! I will be getting back every single cent that I have paid to Sears for breach of contract. You had no problem taking my money, for two parts(!!!), and charging me a diagnostic fee for a misdiagnosis, but when I need actual customer service there is no one to be found. Every single phone number leads to an automated system that disconnects and does not allow for human interaction. I will be reporting you to the BBB.
