Theodore was so nice and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and I feel confident that my issue will finally be resolved. I am very happy to say he and the previous technician resolved the issue. I can’t say enough about Sears’ staff. Thank you Theodore for your help today. Sears is the second company to try to solve my issue where the ice maker would not make ice. The first company gave up.
