Company has major communication issues. The first tech came on 9/19. I spent an hr with him explaining problem. He determined dryer needed new mother board and ordered it to be delivered here. Then I received message that Sears was sorry that they needed to reschedule. I repled that tech was here and part ordered. Part arrived and I tried to schedule appt for installation online. Kept getting questions from virtual assistant and appt was treated like an initial appt to diagnosis problem. After going round and round, I made appt. Repairman came out. He was sent expecting to diagnose problem. So, again I had to explain whole scenario. He finally repaired dryer. Just a terrible experience with a very inept company.

Now I am out $65 with no repair done at all and service request is closed. I cannot get anyone who can understand what I am asking due to the language barrier caused by hiring offshore representatives

The repair person was a No Show. He never communicated. Customer service just said they could reschedule but offered no further assistance.
