Washer still doesn't work. Technician put in new drain pump and left never testing the washing machine. Did a wash it doesn't agitate called Sears they told me to wait 24 hours that the washing machine will fix itself if not give them a call tomorrow this is after a month waiting for a part to finally get here to be disappointed and washing machine is still not working after technician left Rats on them Next day sears sent another technician to figure out what was wrong with the washer and it was so simple to fix that the problem was easy-going. Thanks sears for making me happy and a believer in sears

These guys are great. They are courteous, efficient, not messy & know how to fix stuff. They called me when they were in their way. I also got emails with exact time on the day of service. They fixed my new GE refrigerator, the bottom freezer door not sliding corrrectly, I ordered part, he installed pretty quickly and resealed the rubber part on it. Then, another guy fixed my LG washer. It was spinning of balance. Changed out the shocks, again, pretty quickly. His name was Richard, very pleasant to talk with. Hands down some of the best repair guys ever. Everyone should use these guys. Glad Sears is still around fixing everything. Thank you again.
