What a nightmare!!! Do not spend your money with this company. My fridge started changing it's temperature and the control panel was not working... It has been 2 months that 5 different "technicians" came to "fix" and they just made it worse. Each one come with a different diagnosis, order a part and the next one that comes (2 weeks later) decides not to replace the part. They send different technicians and they do not fix my fridge. The 4th one that came was able to make it work, the freezer was making ice...made it work in 90%...he ordered a new compressor. Yesterday, a new technician came and decided not to replace the compressor and I don't know what the hell he did that my fridge is not working at all. This is so frustrating and disrespectful. It feels that the are playing and don't give a damn thing to fix it. These technicians are not competent/ knowledgeable.

The tech damaged or broke the part i needed and I had to buy a new washing machine. I will not use Sears again for any repairs.

Ridiculous…technician stated because the model number is no longer legible, he cannot work on unit. Still charged a $130 service fee
