Fixed water dispenser in my refrigerator
He was on time and efficient. My dispenser was fixed in a timely fashion. He cleaned up any water or debris afterward. I am very happy with the repair.

Service department has serious problems 1. Reschedules without acknowledging the reason 2. Impossible to reach a live person- only voice message 3. 8 to 5 window -need narrow window- requires an entire day
