Our experience with Sears Appliance Repair was exceptional. The rep on the phone was professional and secured us same day appointment for our refrigerator freezer that quit freezing and cooling. Our technician arrived within the window we were told, was very professional and was able to diagnose and replace the compressor and out the door in 2 1/2 hours. We were shocked he had the correct one on his truck. Very happy with our experience and highly recommend this company.
