Angelo is an Amazing technician. He knows what his job so well that the experienced techs were not able to fix my AC for months but Angelo did the job not only thoroughly but in a very professional manner. I appreciate Sears for having tech like Angelo and will definitely ask for him next time I need AC work done through Sears!!

Superb in every way. Charming, articulate, modest about his genuine expertise. Added comment: The Sears system for scheduling repairs is a disaster. We spent the day being informed that the tech would come at 1:something; 3:something, 4:something. Then "He is one his way, due in 20 minutes. This was inaccurate by 45 minutes. This is unprofessional, unlike the technician, who was flawless.
