Today's tech did a great job. Also saved Sears Home Serviced over $300 in parts he took back (that his co-worker said were needed at "diagnostic" service call a week ago. Friendly, knowledgeable service tech. Happy to have again.

Archie was was very good. He was only here a very short time and checked to see if parts were available for my oven. They are not, so he was not able to do anything. I really think in a situation like this, where i was planning on going ahead with repairs and applying the cost of the estimate to that, but now you cannot repair it, the cost of the estimate should be reduced. Also I received way too many texts and emails about this appointment. One to confirm and one the day before as a reminder would have been enough. After I heard from Archie about his ETA, I got a robo call telling me my appt was scheduled for tomorrow, the 25th!

The technician Marcus B was pleasant and efficient. Scheduling after the initial needs to improve,closed loop chat bots are not a asset, sometimes you need a human.
