The Tech was very nice and easy to understand! Extremely important to me. It took him no time to find the problem. I wasn't surprised! It was totally broken needing new parts. On a Brand New Machine? His recommdation was a replacement with a New Machine! He had the customers needs in mind! Thank You!

The service technician was very knowledgeable. They had been assigned by Choice home warranty company. For a $65 repair fee. Unfortunately, the water line to the ice maker is not something they repair on refrigerator. Very disappointed. They advised the warranty company for me. So I actually need a plumber. I paid the Sears fee.They are very nice men.

We call this company for our LG washer door latch problem showing DE - 2 problem. We gave them thorough details in advance exactly what the problem was online and on the phone and when the technician got here within a 5 minutes exam, he told us that to have it repaired, minus the waived 139.00 service call fee, it would cost us $624 to repair. And we looked online for a brand new LG washer is $642!! An easy decision not to repair. This no service visit cost us $148.73!! Never, Ever again will use or recommend the company to anyone!!

when i called to set an appointment i was told the fee was $99.00. i set the appointment for today and when the technician called to say he was on his way he said justto drive to the hoyse was $99.00 plus tax but the cleaning/maintenance was another $54.00. very disapointed that the full cost amount was not given to me
