I missed a call from Tyler at 416p. I called back at 424p. He canceled my service call because I missed his call. Tyler’s voicemail says “Tyler from Sears.” This is also an AI only company so no one can talk to you about the cancellation or reschedule or advise. Horrible customer interaction- so bad I would not even call it customer service. The appointment was scheduled in advance. Then confirmed. No reason to cancel because I missed a call. Especially when I called back 8 minutes later.

Be aware. Sears repair is not what used to be. They are now plain incompetent and clumsy. I suspect they’re going bankrupt and people are bailing out And they are forced to use skillless people.

I am disappointed and unsatisfied with Sears home service. Their lack of information and communication make it difficult to contact them. They canceled my appointment stating they had not received the parts when the technician assured me he knew they were coming to my home. Never again!

I had to pay $149 for them to tell me they couldn't get behind the washer because it was stacked and they would need a second person to move it and it wasn't specified in the call. Nobody ever even asked me. So while the issue was the hose behind the washer it was never looked at or resolved and I still had to pay

Review Title: Terrible Experience with Sears Home Services I am beyond frustrated with Sears Home Services. I prepaid for a refrigerator repair over five weeks ago, and I still don't have my refrigerator ! This has been an absolute nightmare. Two weeks ago, I reached out for an update and was told my case would be upgraded to urgent. I was assured that someone would get back to me soon. Well, here we are, two weeks later, and still nothing! It feels like I’m just being ignored. Not only do I not have a refrigerator, but they also have my money. It seems like no one at Sears cares about the situation or my inconvenience. I just want my appliance fixed and some communication about what’s going on. If you’re considering using Sears Home Services, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that values its customers. Repair order number: 000743510612984. I hope someone reads this and takes action, but at this point, I'm not holding my breath.

Don't ever use Sears Appliances Repair. Their labor charge is equivalent to buying a new one. Please don't waste your time and money on them.

Marcus was the only thorough technician out of all the guys who have come out in the last 4 months. Today was the 10th service call since we first called Sears in June! It has been a fiasco trying to get our dryer repaired. It's running now and I hope this nightmare is over for good. I'll be canceling my contract with Sears Home Warranty as soon as I'm positive the machine is working. I'm finished spending hours on the phone with this incompetent company.
