Definitely positive. Repairman was timely and keep us posted on arrival time - on time. Very helpful as we both work. He was very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of the softener and filter and had the problem corrected and re-set within an hour, including checking the recycle drainage via the attic drain.

Technician was timely and explained issue and how it could be fixed. Offered me a service plan which allowed my repair cost to be reduced. I was very pleased with the service provided. I'll be sure to call Sears for any appliance repair issue in the future.

On of the most professional service people from Sears Repair that I have met. Very knowledgeable and diligent on approaching our concern. It turns out that the repair was a simple rattling issue that had not been addressed by the previous service repair person who missed a missing screw which was causing vibration. So relieved that it did not require replacing the condenser.
