The technician showed up on time and accurately diagnosed the problem with our 13 month old Kenmore dryer. Parts were ordered and showed up in two days and the tech came the next day and the parts ordered resolved the issue. We are very satisfied with the services of the Sears repair service tech.

When he arrived he asked me what was wrong with the fridge and I told him the problem, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the required parts in his truck to fix the ice maker the very same time. All my experiences with Sears whether purchasing an item or a service call have been excellent. I have never had to wait more than 1 day for a repair person. They are friendly, knowledgeable and are gracious and patient enough to answer my endless questions!
