Technician was very professional, efficient and most importantly got my dishwasher working again! I've always had a positive experience with Sears repair service at my home.

I had a great experience with Sears. The technician called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment. When he arrived he asked me what was wrong with the fridge and I told him the problem, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the required parts in his truck to fix the ice maker the very same time. I was really happy that he fixed it super fast and was able to get ice very quickly. Thank you Scott, the Sears technician.

Quick problem solving and resolution.

Your serviceman was on time. He called before he arrived. He recognized the problem immediately and did the work quickly. The serviceman was courteous, friendly, and neat. I would definitely recommend his work to others.

All my experiences with Sears whether purchasing an item or a service call have been excellent. I have never had to wait more than 1 day for a repair person. They are friendly, knowledgeable and are gracious and patient enough to answer my endless questions!
