Adrian ~ was on time, very nice, explained to me what he was doing, in and out in a reasonable time, and a very pleasant experience. I would give him a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. He was great!!!

VERY IMPRESSED WITH KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM, THE TECH WAS ABLE TO ECPLAIN EVERYTHING TO MY UNDERSTANDING ANDTOOK THE EXTRA LITTLE BITS AND ADVISE FOR THE FUTURE.

I was going to buy a new washing machine but my son said instead get the Sears repair man to come. We did it on line. He came exactly when he said that he would and quickly fixed the washer with a new switch. I'm glad we called him. It saved a bunch of money. So far so good. I have done several loads of wash so far.
