Great service!

Using Sears for servicing appliances is about as painless as it gets. I wish I'd known that Sears offered service many years ago. The fees are far more reasonable than any of the local repair business, and, Sears will not only show up on time, they actually diagnose and fix whatever is wrong. And, a rare bonus - the repair technician will be courteous and efficient.

Repairman was on time and completed repair in a timely manner. Very courteous and knowledgeable repairman. Am very satisfied with the repair to my air conditioner .

Our freezer went out due to a faulty control board. The technician arrived, introduced himself, assessed the problem quickly, had the part in his truck, fixed the problem, and had us back up and running in no time! It probably took about 20 minutes. I had to wait 4 days for the appointment, but that is the nature of appliance repair. I am very pleased with the level of service I received.

The service was good are lawn mower is fixed now and we can use it. It took two weeks for them to come out there to fix it so the line was very long by the time they got out here.

Our service man, Jovonie, came on time. He was a neat, clean-cut young man w/ a nice personality. He was here for our yearly maintenance check on our washer. He explained a cycle that has never been explained properly to me before, so now I can use this shortcut, and I was pleased. My husband and I found Jovonie interesting and very knowledgeable to talk to.
