Called about error code on our water softener on a Thursday, was given an appointment for the following Monday. Got an automated call the day before, confirming appointment. Technician called Monday morning, giving a time window we could expect him and showed up within the time given. He proceeded to make repairs and got our water softener working right away. Chris, the tech, was professional & knew what he was doing, in addition, he had the needed parts. We have been Sears customers for over 20 years and trust the quality, not only of their products, but also the service and recommend always the extended warranty; it is a no hassle and they always try to please the customer.
