Sears is wonderful. I've had them clean my carpets, repair/maintain my HVAC, and clean my a/c vents and dryer vents. The techs are always courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They do an extremely thorough job and the booking process is all online and super easy. Plus you get a phone call when the tech is en route. You can also follow the tech via an online map to see when they will arrive and how many stops they have before yours. It's awesome. I'm a customer for life.

I had a follow-up appt for 2 May. Today, 19 April, Brad called and asked if he could stop by while in the area. He gave me a time frame and was actually early. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional -- a credit to his employer and customers. If only more were like him. He makes it a pleasure doing business with Sears.

4 year old LG Frige was not cooling, called Lowe's warranty on Sunday and was able to book an appointment for Tuesday; tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. With parts readily on-hand, made the proper repairs (replaced compressor and topped off freon). Tech was in and out within 1.5hrs. After reading the numerous negative reviews online, this experience was the complete opposite.

Felix was very professional and courteous. I got several texts from him throughout the day on what he could expect (what was wrong with my fridge) when he would get here, and a final text as he arrived. Just a great professional job all the way around.
