I had a problem with my water softener , the tank was filling up with water, I had 2 plumbers look at it an they could not figure it out. One plumber was just interested in selling me a new water softener. Sears repair to the rescue, tech knew exactly what to look for, fixed it, made sure everything was working, and took off all in 30 mins. The service charge was just 99 dollars and it was well worth it. I highly recommend Sears Appliance repair

Adam went well above and beyond to repair our dishwasher after trouble shooting numerous hidden issues that went back to when the dishwasher was installed in our new house in 2016. Big shout out to Adam Westreich for his outstanding workmanship and customer service. Thanks Adam. Greatly appreciated.

Sears fulfilled my warranty claim. Michael was the service tech who responded. He was very knowledgeable and was able to repair my (older) machine in a timely manner. I would gladly hire Micheal again if the need were to arise!

The service was high quality, convenient, easy to use, and prompt. However they charged me $237 for a part available from Amazon for 29.99 (exact same SKU). So, there is definitely a price for convenience!

All four of the technicians were great. Scheduling the correct tech for the specific fridge was NOT a great experience. Lag time waiting on parts was an issue as well. It was about 2 months from start until today. Customer service through the call center was hard to take. Granted not their fault as they are looking at a screen and can not call local provider to assist fixing the scheduling opportunities.
