After having someone come out to look at the washing machine at my rental property .i decided to have Sears come out to look at it.my first estimate was about $380.00 Not only did Sears not find a problem but they checked it out three times. And found the only thing wrong with was that the drain was clogged . Honest professional and thorough

Sears finally sent a person who had knowledge of replacing the gasket in my refrigerator after 2 1/2 weeks. This rating is for the person and not for Sears maintenance contract which I wouldn't recommend to anyone . The 4 star is for Scott.

Sears cannot keep up with their given timeline {window) and fail to communicate details of running late which knocks out one's plans for the date. The service was carried out very expeditiously and professionally and we were very satisfied with the results.
