Repairman was very polite and professional. I think he could have solved the problem a lot quicker without even taking the back off the refrigerator. I forgot to give him the 20% discount coupon before he ran my credit card. I contacted customer service to see if they would do something about that, but they never called me back.

This is the third time in the past 9 months that we've had a technician review our issue. In the second year our Kenmore refrigerator started making intermittent annoying noises. At times like a big ticking clock at others like something hitting the blades of a fan. Each time the noise was not happening during the techs visit and they attributed the problem to normal operating noise. The most recent tech replaced a drain tube but said that these noises were not uncommon for this model. All the techs were polite but the problem still exists. I find it hard to believe that these noises are acceptable to Sears under any quality control standard. At this point I am not satisfied with level of quality of the refrigerator.

This is the second visit for the same issue, the problem has not been fixed. Although though the techs were nice, I would like the issue to be resolved. We'll see how long this takes.

I've been I Sears Master Protection Agreement customer for over 30 years. I traveled during my military service and it made good sense to have protection agreements for the rental houses I accumulated over the years. Service over the last 10 years has plummeted. Not do to lack of care at the grassroots level but via poor communication, lack of follow-up, and apparently poor decision making at the higher level. Example" 1) My tenants garbage disposal quit working over Thanksgiving - kitchen sink clogged with out of town company - Sears tells me the soonest they can have a technician there is 10 days. I called a plumber who came out immediately. Sears said there was a process to reimburse me. Agent said a manager would contact me - CRICKETS! 2) Not notified that agreement was due to expire on another property. Sears told me they were at fault and should have contacted me - had a MPA on this property since 1998. Again, told a senior manager would contact me. More crickets. 3) HVAC system in Tampa FL house quit working. Advised Sears that my tenant had a health issue and required working A/C. This is the reason I bought the MPA - a contract agreement w/ Sears to keep the appliance in working order. Took over a month before a repair was performed because "Parts weren't available."Tech kept auto scheduling a new repair appt when parts weren't there. I would have to call and go through the foreign phone gauntlet to tell them no parts had arrived yet. My tenant was MOST unhappy in Tampa July/August heat and humidity. So what good did my master protection agreements do? To be completely fair, there have been times in the past when Sears performed superbly. Unfortunately, it appears lack of communication and common sense decision making ability have rendered those times history. There isn't much time left - the great Sears name could become history.

He was here for a very short time Did not even see him use his tool bag he must use his psychic ability. The fastest tech that has ever been to my house and still the squeaky noise is there on a full load.
