I will tell you that this company has the worst customer service I have ever been exposed to. They are completely unable to adapt when it comes to a company that has multiple appliances, not just a normal customer with one appliance. I have had to call in many times and every time is over an hour and if you think you are going to talk to a manager, good luck. Absolutely the worst customer service every single time and I cringe when ever I have to use this company. ALL THAT BEING SAID - they have some of the best technicians. They really do know their stuff and I really wish that I could just deal with the technicians.

Too long to wait for an actual appointment, hard upsell for expensive insurance. Not the Sears I grew up with.

Leaking ice bin was not repaired or even diagnosed correctly. What I was told was the problem (missing gasket) is apparently not even an option on this unit. $99 for service fee and still don't even know what the problem is.

He came to my home to see the washer then left to go back to a job that he supposed to have started prior to my job. He came back 21/2 hour later to put on a pump that I purchased from LG APPLIANCES. Now don't get me wrong the washer is spinning but it moves all across the floor and knocking so hard that the washer is making so much noise it just doesn't make sense. It wasn't doing that before. I really don't know what happened but sears guy's need more training. Now i need to call someone out here to spot the run away washer. Don't use Sears he may have solved one problem but created another problem. Plus I paid 500.00 dollars thanking that my problem was fixed. Money down the drain.

I am amending my review from 5***** because my laundry room and garage flooded the first time I did laundry,probably an hour after tech Norman left. He was very pleasant young man who actually explained everything to me. The previous person who diagnosed the problem just used his computer,ordered part and said be home on Thursday all day for repair.Norman replaced faulty dispenser drawer and I did my first load of laundry about an hour later. When I checked to see if cycle complete I found flooded laundry room and water has seeped thru drywall into garage. The repair was not for a leaking washing machine it was problem with dispenser drawer. I tried so many numbers for help but AI apps just repeat themselves. I finally found a number in another state. The lady was very attentive and kept checking I was there as she searched for a number to speak to someone. I called the number but since I have 2 very important med appts I have to wait til Weds as you have to be home all day. No one could be sent back on Thursday to sort out the mess.I am 100% disabled vet and I dont need this kind of stress.A real person should be available if there is a problem after a repair is done.Text from AI app on Saturday offered me Monday. I replied I would be available after 11am but only option was stay home all day and miss med tests /treatment. Wish I'd bought extended warranty from the store I purchased from,as I even called them for help. Their extended warranty is for 5 yrs and a real person answers. .Too late for me.Only available when appliance is purchased.

Really bad communication internaly, they patch things up that cost everyone time and money. If you make an appointment, don't expect them the same day. Cinch warranty and Sears are not good for service. And I have a contact with them.
