If I could rate this tech a zero I would. The call was made for a battery that would not hold power and the engine would not start. This was the same tech that came out before. He said the battery's good and the oil was low which cause the engine to freeze up. I told him it was running fine that the other day,,.only the battery was not holding a charge. He said the battery was good and I disagreed,,and he left. So I watched utube and got some ideas. Other than the battery being low they said the solenoid could be bad,,,So I charged the battery and jumped the solenoid and the engine started..My,,my,,Maybe be I should apply for a job at Sears,,at least I would listen to the customer.

This service was amazing! After 6 visits, 5 different parts orders (4 of which were apparently wrong), and 24 total hours of missing work to wait around the house for the next appointment (one of which was a no show, and cancelled 1 hour after the end time), the three parts were finally installed and my refrigerator has ice! Thanks, Sears! My boss loves you as much as I do!

Had a time frame of 8am-12pm for my refrigerator repair and the technician didn't show up, didn't call, Sears didn't reach out to me. I called Sears to find out how late the tech would be and I got the run around. "He will call you within an hour" didn't hear from him. Called back throughout the day and got the same answer without receiving a call back and eventually they said "sorry, the tech went home for the day" with no resolution- no reschedule, no apology. It took 3 days of calling Sears every few hours to finally get the tech out to my house and he was rude, flooded my kitchen, tried to blame me for his sloppiness and said he was ordering a part and walked out to the car, didn't say bye or have me sign anything and just left. SUPER DISAPPOINTED in Sears, their customer service and their techs. Their resolution of my missing 3 days of work, 3 days of hounding them and my fridge still not working was a $50 giftcard and a 'promise' that some part is being ordered and should be here in 2-3 weeks. Not happy!

I called for a freezer repair including the ice maker. They fixed the freezer after saying it need a compressor then the tech said no that it was only a small pipe. Then my ice maker still wasn't working and they were supposed to come back. The first time they never called or canceled. The second appointment they called at 4:30 to say the tech was sick. I tried to speak to a supervisor which was useless since he did nothing to fix my problem at the moment. He said they have 1 tech for my area. I can't believe that especially since I am in Tampa. Unbelievable, no customer service or offer to compensate me in any way.

My refrigerator has a loud sound at different times of the day or night and sear's has been out eight times to fix it . Putting larger screws in the freezer back panel is not my idea of fixing the noise. There is definetly a problem with a fan motor or something else .I'm very displeased with sear's!

DO NOT BUY Kenmore Appliances or buy from SEARS, I bought a new stackable Kenmore washer and dryer. The first time I tried to use it the washer would not drain the water and the dryer sounded like it was grinding metal on metal then sparks flew out, when I opened the dryer 2 screws from the drum flew out and hit me. I was told they would repair it... So a brand new set had to be repaired??? They have been out 5 times and still refuse to replace the set. In fact during one of the service calls it was discovered that the original delivery/setup guys left all the foam in the dryer and washer drums, which I'm assuming caused all the issues I'm having with the set. The customer service and customer solutions staff were extremely rude and said it doesn't qualify under the lemon law and they would not replace it. I was told too bad they had the final say and their was no one above them. I was hung up on after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes , I was left on hold for 40 minutes causing me to start the process all over. Beyond frustrated with @searsbrandonmall and @kenmoreapplicances will never shop at Sears or buy Kenmore.

Still having to wait for parts, again. Since May 8, 2017, technicians have been out five times for the same issue. Ice maker has been replaced. Electronic board has been replaced. Now waiting for new compressor which should be replaced June 6. Too long to wait for refrigerator repairs and parts which was purchased at the end of December, 2015. Kenmore brand made by LG. Never again!!!!

There was no repair just a waste of our time waiting for repair man. Ice Maker worked for one day and became bad again. I have always had Sears Appliances for over 50 years never had a problems until lately. What is going on????

Didn't fix it the first time. Appointments are never on time. Call center in India. Cannot get ahold of a person of authority. Would give Sears service a 0 star if I could. Horrible service. The worse I have ever had.

The filter door would not open. Since they came would not close. We had a potential cat 5 hurricane on its way and what happens? Icemaker does not work now. They claimed they did regular maintenance when they were here yet in examining door under I've container, obvious it had not even been touched( which I took a picture )
