Andre was very nice and kind. Did good getting things back to working properly. However, I had problems with the AI voice. It did not give me information needed ... then on another call I got a person regarding the confirmation # and this person wanted my bank account # and routing #. He was very persistent about it or would not give the confirmation #.. I canceled that order and did a rescheduling online and everything went good. Then about an hour later the technician came out.
