Our team hnician arrived on time and well prepared to diagnose the problem. He reached resolution quickly and communicated to our warranty service right away. We were quite impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Andre was very nice and kind. Did good getting things back to working properly. However, I had problems with the AI voice. It did not give me information needed ... then on another call I got a person regarding the confirmation # and this person wanted my bank account # and routing #. He was very persistent about it or would not give the confirmation #.. I canceled that order and did a rescheduling online and everything went good. Then about an hour later the technician came out.
