The repair tech was fantastic but the belt on the treadmill is still slipping. I will be calling to schedule another appointment.

The guy was late but called to let me know. Once he was here he was very professional and knowledgeable. The last guy I called from a different company for a washer barely knew what a washer was.

I had an all around great experience! Our tech was on time and professional. He was a little stumped trying to figure out the problem we were having with our refrigerator's water dispenser. But, ultimately, he got to the bottom of it and resolved the issue.
