This is NOT an AI review. My service tech, Efrain was prompt, courteous and explained the issue with my refrigerator. Unlike the first person (which was a male at the call center who tried to tell me how to fix my problem, the second, who was female, schefilwd a tech) Efrain showed up as scheduled and was very good at what he does! He found the problem, explained it and fixed it. If there were 10 stars, he would have earned the rating!
