Everyone always says, "Don't waist your money on store warranties." That might be the case with most stores, but my family has always purchased appliances from Sears and always purchased the store warranty. My husband thought I was NUTS, but he agreed to purchase the Sears' warranty when we bought our washer and dryer. and we have kept a current warranty on them ever since. It was a good thing too, in the almost ten years we've had them, Sears has replaced a bad circuit board, motor and door seal. All without any additional cost to us. In addition we have only ever had one "bad" service provider in those ten years and three states we have owned our machines. We have estimated the cost of these repairs to be more than what we have paid, in total, for the warranties, and was paid for over time, eliminating the panic of having to figure out how to come up with a large amount of cash or pay interest on a credit card. I'd consider that money well spent.

James came to fix my washing machine. he was polite and knowledgeable. problem fixed without problem.

The repair tech was fantastic but the belt on the treadmill is still slipping. I will be calling to schedule another appointment.

The guy was late but called to let me know. Once he was here he was very professional and knowledgeable. The last guy I called from a different company for a washer barely knew what a washer was.
