Great service, came out and repaired my washing machine the day after I called.

The service tech was very perfessional and a pleasant person. I was very satisfied

Definitely positive. Repairman was timely and keep us posted on arrival time - on time. Very helpful as we both work. He was very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of the softener and filter and had the problem corrected and re-set within an hour, including checking the recycle drainage via the attic drain.

Technician was timely and explained issue and how it could be fixed. Offered me a service plan which allowed my repair cost to be reduced. I was very pleased with the service provided. I'll be sure to call Sears for any appliance repair issue in the future.
