I'm very happy with the worker and how the work was completed. I'm not so happy that it took over a week to get someone to do the work.

The gentleman that came to my home was on time, respectful and had the parts replaced quickly. Prior to the actual service call though, nothing but problems. They rescheduled the appointment several times and we were without our refrigerator an additional three weeks. Thankfully it was all covered under our warranty
