Calling to get the refrigerator serviced was a nightmare requiring 4 phone calls to 4 different places and telling our story 4 different times until we got the right person. Even then they were telling us it would take a diagnostic visit at $190 and then if they needed parts it would take a week to ten days before our fridge got fixed. Talking with with the people on the phone was horrible and they had my wife in tears she was so upset. In contrast, the young man who came to fix it came prepared with a compressor because he knew the history of this particular model and he fixed it on the spot. He was polite and communicative. I was very impressed him after our horrible experience with customer service on the phone.

Repair man fixed washer ,however, still drip inside washer,will have to call for another repair if it continues, But he installed in timely manner, however between sears call center, and repair is another matter!It took almost 2 months to get fixed.

Been trying to repair my Magtag dryer since Feb 25. This appliance needs to be replaced for another one verified by this repairman!!!

The technician gave me a window of 8 AM to 5 PM, which is too large of a window for a customer. The first time he called at 4:57 PM, so I told him that was too late and rescheduled. Again he gave me a window of 8-5 which is good for him but bad for me. The second time he called at 4:45 PM, but didn't arrive at my house until 5:25 PM. Replacing the part only took 15 minutes. The technician needs to be more prompt, and give a more realistic arrival window time, instead of a blanket 8-hour window. Also, a 40-minute arrival time is inconvenient, especially when it is after 5:00 PM.
