Tech was very friendly and efficient. Actually early. Company gets a 2 terrible communication canceled appt. Can't get to a human very easy. Again 4 star for the Tech 2 for the cmajy

The technicians are very knowledgeable but customer service all automated lines, can’t speak to anyone. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for repair parts ordered for my washer and dryer and they were scheduled for today, got a message at1:20 to call some number to confirm the appointment because they received the parts and when I call any of the 6 numbers I have, the messages are they have not received those parts .

We were given an ALL DAY time frame 8AM-5PM....Unacceptable We waited all day without ability to leave and do errands. I finally texted late in the day and tech said he was at job # 4 We were job #6 He arrived at 5:50 That process could be better managed. He assessed the issue and said "you need a plumber and I am not a plumber, I said he could "temporarily fix it" which he did. I was not happy

The repair man was friendly. However the issue still remains at times. If it continues I will have to call for another visit which is really inconvient.

Repairman was very polite and professional. I think he could have solved the problem a lot quicker without even taking the back off the refrigerator. I forgot to give him the 20% discount coupon before he ran my credit card. I contacted customer service to see if they would do something about that, but they never called me back.

This is the third time in the past 9 months that we've had a technician review our issue. In the second year our Kenmore refrigerator started making intermittent annoying noises. At times like a big ticking clock at others like something hitting the blades of a fan. Each time the noise was not happening during the techs visit and they attributed the problem to normal operating noise. The most recent tech replaced a drain tube but said that these noises were not uncommon for this model. All the techs were polite but the problem still exists. I find it hard to believe that these noises are acceptable to Sears under any quality control standard. At this point I am not satisfied with level of quality of the refrigerator.
