Terrible company to do business with. Ordered parts in july they said they were in stock and delivery would be the beginning of august. Didn’t get any updates, after at least 10 phone calls I finally got in touch with them. I got my money back never again will I deal with them. The whole ordeal lasted about 5 weeks.

Original appointment made through AHS and scheduled for the next Tuesday. Received 3 appointment confirmations and then on the appointment day, I get an email saying the appointment was rescheduled for Friday. No phone call, just “ here’s your new appointment “. I had already taken the day off for the original 8-5 appointment so I had to take another day off for the new appointment day hoping they would show. Tried calling the customer service number provided, but there is no option to speak to a customer service representative. Totally unacceptable. Emailed and texted but they are unmonitored. Horrible customer service. The only good news is Frank was great, diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. Sears’ customer service interface is awful.

Stay clear and go with another company! Contracted through my home warranty service and have shown their true colors of being hot garbage. Canceled two appointments with no courtesy call as to why but called early this morning to let me know i was last on their list of calls for the day then canceled via text and rescheduled a week later. Sears is not what it used to be and has degraded its quality aswell as its reputation. Highly not recommended at all.
