Extremely rude Carlos technician. He did not fix anything but constantly asking to get pay for doing nothing other than yelling at the customer. I have repair plan contract and you all didn’t know nothing about. Unprofessional technician and service provided. Will not recommend and never want to use your service ever again.

Canceled my fridge repair appointment with no explanation why the day of and did not even notify me. Had I not called I wouldn't have gotten a new appointment, although it was a week later. The technician that came did a great job, was courteous, and professional.

Got charged 149.00 and the part was discontinued. I will never use Sears service again.
