Peter showed up today and did a fantastic job of replacing many internal parts due to the constant failure of the upper icemaker over the past three years. We really like the refrigerator but the upper icemaker I think is a weak spot in Samsung's line. Peter did a great job of replacing all the parts and upgrading the internals and testing everything out.

Service Center scheduled next and asked appropriate questions so the technician would have the needed part(s). I was phoned by the technician providing the arrival time. Technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the options and cost. He then replaced and charged the refrigerator compressor. The reason for the call was that my 9- yr old 28.7 cu-ft double evaporator Kenmore Refrigerator had stopped cooling/freezing. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient.

Ryan previously provided an estimate on 8/13/2024 and was very familiar with the amount of work that has been invested in this dryer. I totally agree with his recommendation to REPLACE rather than waste another round of parts replacement .
