Technician on time. Was only here maybe 10 minutes at the most. I thought he was somewhat arrogant.

Our refrigerator leak was solved and the repairman knew his job, but the cost for what was accomplished was astronomical. No parts were used, it took less than an hour and all he did was use a steamer to remove an ice block. The cost was almost $400.00. i would have been better served to put this amount toward a new refrigerator.

We feel that Sears should know more on any products ; Since you sell them and all you need is a product name and picture and then some visits by your technician can be easy on them and your customers .

Didn't communicate the issue great. Gave a 8-5 window and showed up around 3 so total wasted day. When trying to put refrigerator back in place took paint of cabinet.

Untrained, New Technician deployed multiple times
Randy P. is a new, young trainee yet Sears sent him out alone, without supervision, multiple times (including no-shows) to attempt to 1) diagnose; and 2) repair my KitchenAid refrigerator. It was unfair to him, despite his best efforts, and to me as the customer to deploy him without proper support & supervision resulting in more than 8 attempted visits and an enormous waste of time & resources. Unacceptable!!

TERRIBLE!
Technician never arrived to handle service - we were home all day. Contact with your agency says we "declined service." UNTRUE!

Technician Lied!!!
Technician said we were not home and closed the service call. We've been home all day. He should be fired! Terrible way to treat your customers.

Never show up to do the service / Terrible service
Terrible service I still waiting for the service during three times. Never show up but appear that the technician come to do the maintenance job.
