I have been unhappy thus year when I actually needed service for a change. One refrigerator repairman was unethical and caused me to be without refrigeration for a week..you cant send service until Sept 20m do far your service stinks. But Justin was great.

Pleasant and professional. However, I want to lodge a complaint about the person who processed my credit card. She is poorly trained and clearly didn't have a clue how to deal with the purchase. It must have taken 30 minutes as she insisted it was my bank that declined my credit card. The problem was on her end.
