Luis was a 10! He listened to me explain the problem that's been going on for over 2 years. I was able explain and to show him how the dryer flips the circuit breakers, we tested 3 outlets. He took the time to call the company, explain and have them look up the history and they agreed to replace my dryer. Luis made my day! He was the best out of all the people that responded the numerous times to repair the dryer. All service workers should should be as caring as Luis! Thanks so much Luis! **********
