Our AC was not working well in August in Florida. Justin was very thorough, found the issues and went above and beyond to fix them and set us up for easy at home maintenance to avoid them in the future. He also showed us some areas where we could conserve energy and gave us some really good tips and information. Highly recommend.

We live out of state, so communication is essential when it comes to scheduling service technicians. Lewis called, texted and emailed me throughout the process. He needed to order parts for our washer, so he made me aware that we needed to wait on the parts and once they arrived, he'd schedule another call to take care of the washer. I wish all service technicians communicated like Lewis did!
