Dryer Repair
Brandon, worked with my husband and I when we had a dryer issue and since relatively new we were not sure of why! We realized when he first came out and had an electrician out that our dryer was not pulling 220 volts. My husband and I had electrician replace our circuit breakers to see if this would work which it didn't help, Brandon tried dryer after this was replaced and noted wasn't. Thus, it was determined that we might have fried the dryer computer board and these parts were ordered in late July. We were not available till 9/15 and he came on a very timely basis today since Sears states 8am-5pm for service. He replaced computer board and YES dryer works. Brandon was upfront re: what might happen and very professional and took care of problem in a very timely matter. He deserves five stars for service.

Justin was best and most though technician that I have had servicing our AC units and water heater. He advised on maintenance issues and made suggestions for better efficiency. I would certainly like to have Justin service my units in the future.
