My experience was pleasant, he was very patient and kind. He is very knowledgeable but if he needed help with anything he were to get help. He didn't leave a mess when he left everything was clean.

Archie was excellent. The best repair we have had from your company. he checked all switches and replaced what needed to be replaced. Kept trying different things until he had my microwave up and running. Kudos to Archie!

Peter was assigned our account late in his day, didn't arrive until 5ish, but was pleasant, determined and resourceful. Our refrigerator has never been right and he was determined to leave no stone unturned in his attempt to make it right. He didn't finish until 7pm. We won't know for a few days if it's resolved, but we could not have asked for a more professional & thorough technician.
