Refrigerator Technician
Mr. Rosen was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. However, I am very disappointed in the fact that I have had to wait from August 7, 2023, until today, October 3, 2023, to actually get a part installed on my refrigerator. My appointments have been rescheduled around a dozen times and that is very frustrating!!!

Nedzad was great. He did a thorough analysis, determined our problem, located the part we needed and had it brought to our home same day. He returned the same afternoon, installed the new board, and put everything back in place. Terrific job all around.

Freddie was professional very courteous extremely friendly…. pointing out what was causing the freezing up in the freezer fixed it ordered the light switch and was delivered that afternoon from the factory it was installed all is working well all works well Freddie called when the part arrived to make I was extremely satisfied and Refigerator was working ok completely satisfied with great service . 😃Quality is a key component for sure.
