What a guy! Extremely professional. Worked very hard to find the problem. He fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. Other than having a working ice maker you'd never know he was there. Mr. Rosen was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. However, I am very disappointed in the fact that I have had to wait from August 7, 2023, until today, October 3, 2023, to actually get a part installed on my refrigerator. My appointments have been rescheduled around a dozen times and that is very frustrating!!!
